1. Apply KOZA™ draining oil or other homemade oil on the targeted areas.
2. Massage vigorously with the brush using circular movements.
3. For each area, massage for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

• Legs and arms: Perform long, upward movements.
• Knees, elbows and wrists: Make circular movements.
• Stomach and lower back: Use gentle circular motions.

It is normal to experience slight discomfort or bruising during the first few treatments, especially in congested areas. This discomfort will diminish with regular massages.

Use the brush 2 to 3 times a week,in the shower with soap, or outside the shower with KOZA™ draining oil or any other homemade oil of your choice.

After each use, rinse the brush with warm water and a little mild soap to remove any product residue or dead skin cells. Dry with a clean towel, then leave to air dry in a dry place.
