Step 1: Using Smile Prep

1. Add a small amount (pea size) of Smile Prep to your toothpaste before each whitening treatment.
2. Use it for 5 consecutive days for optimal whitening, then 1-2 times per week to maintain results.

Step 2: LED Whitening Kit

1. Apply the Whitening gel on the detachable tray.
2. Place the tray with the gel in your mouth, then turn on the LED light during 10 to 20 minutes.
3. Once the session is over, rinse your mouth with the mouth wash to purify and refresh.

Step 3: Interview

After each whitening session, you can add a little bit of Whitening gel & aftercare to your toothpaste to maintain results and avoid daily stains.

Post-bleaching recommendations:
